The Need is Clear. The Opporuntity for Change is Here.
Stigma and silence leave too many students feeling alone at exactly the moment when they most need connection, support, and hope.

According to CDC and national youth mental health data:
of teens feel persistently sad or hopeless
have seriously considered suicide
of youth with depression receive no treatment
Behind every number is a young person in a school community who may be struggling in silence.
Built For Students. Led By Students.
BC2M’s peer-led model works because it meets young people where they are: in their schools, in their words, and with students leading the way. With support from faculty advisors and BC2M staff, students are equipped to lead conversations, reduce stigma, and build more supportive school communities.
How BC2M Supports Every Club:

Student Leadership
Youth-led campaigns, events, and communication tools that normalize mental health, all driven by the students who know their school best.

Guidance and Coaching
Each Club is anchored by a trained faculty advisor and backed by a dedicated BC2M staff member, giving students hands-on support throughout the year.

Funding and Resources
A $500 annual Club grant, 50+ educational presentations, suicide prevention resources, a proprietary digital portal, and annual student Summits—
all included.

Inclusive Programming
Designed to meet students where they are, with content that reflects different identities, experiences, and mental health realities across school communities. Because no two schools are the same so neither is our support.
The Students Speak For Themselves. And So Do The Results.
BC2M surveys students and faculty advisors annually to track stigma reduction, help-seeking behavior, and school climate.

In Their Own Words
From dense urban districts in New York City and Los Angeles to rural counties in Indiana and Arizona, BC2M Clubs are building safer, more supportive schools in communities of every kind.
The Next Chapter Will Be Even Bigger.
But we need your help to write it.
BC2M is at an inflection point. Demand is outpacing our capacity. And the tools we’re building (like an AI-powered digital portal, expanded middle school programming, and deeper cultural adaptation) will let us reach twice as many students without losing what makes BC2M special: the human connection at the center of it all.
2025–2028 Goals:
high schools more than double our current reach
middle schools bringing stigma-reduction and peer support to students even earlier
school network capacity through an AI-powered digital portal and stronger infrastructure
potential students
reached expanding access to BC2M’s programs, tools, and support
