This Mental Health Awareness Month, BC2M Club students from Lincoln-Way West High School in New Lenox, Illinois, attended Chicago Cubs Mental Health Night at Wrigley Field. During a meet-and-greet and Q&A with BC2M Ambassador Ian Happ, students heard about mental health, coping tools, vulnerability, and what it means to redefine mental toughness.
